We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Expert to join our team at Artelys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing power grid operation and planning tools for our customers.
- Conducting quantitative analyses using our software and modeling electrical and energy systems.
- Collaborating with customers to present and refine results, facilitating their decision-making process.
- Participating in acquiring new clients, identifying prospects, and defining our value proposition.
You will hold a degree from an engineering school, a master's, or a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years of professional experience. You are the ideal candidate if:
- You are proficient in Python.
- You possess excellent writing skills, fluency in both spoken and written French, and a minimum level of C1 in English.
- You have experience in power systems studies, with a plus for experience at or with a power system operator.
- You are interested in mathematical and quantitative approaches, and are comfortable with fundamental mathematical techniques.
- You prioritize decision-making with rigorous and intelligent analysis.
- You are rigorous, have a strong team spirit, and focus on customer needs.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent contract with managerial status and a 4-month probationary period.
- Up to 2 days of remote work per week possible.
- Flexible working hours.
- Offices located in the city center of each city where we are located.
Recruitment Process:
Step 1: An initial technical interview via video conference with two recruiters (45 minutes x 2).
Step 2: A second interview via video conference with two other recruiters, as well as a brief 15-minute discussion with the CEO of Artelys (45 minutes x minutes).
Step 3: If your interviews are successful, we will invite you to visit our premises to make you an offer in person and introduce you to the work environment.
