Join Our Team as a Business Development Leader

We're seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the transition from external lead generation to in-house insurance sales, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Envision and define a clear roadmap for insourcing leads and expanding business
  • Lead the transition from external lead generation to in-house insurance sales, implementing processes, training, and monitoring systems
  • Coordinate with tech and product teams to facilitate the rollout of our insurance management app in new regions, including localization, compliance checks, and user testing
  • Actively recruit, train, and upskill new insurance team members
  • Directly negotiate contracts and terms with insurance providers

We're looking for a performance-driven, agile, and adaptable individual with a data-driven mindset, hands-on experience with sales tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms, and fluency in English and French (C1 level or native). Bonus points for experience and network in the French insurance industry.
