We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance to join our team in France. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial compliance and reporting requirements of our operations in accordance with the ACPR regulations in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, budget, and records in compliance with ACPR regulations in France.
- Manage tax compliance, including VAT and corporate tax filings, while staying updated on changes to French tax laws and regulations.
- Manage financial audits, liaise with auditors, and provide necessary documentation to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Stay informed about updates and changes to ACPR regulations in France, and work with the compliance team to ensure the company's operations align with regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular financial reconciliation, ensuring that transactions and balances are accurately reflected in the company's financial records.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to the management team, helping to make informed decisions regarding financial strategies and investments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the fintech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ACPR regulations in France and experience in ensuring compliance with these regulations.
