Position Overview: As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in client engagement and strategy development.

  • Assist the Client Executive in formulating strategies to uncover new revenue streams in both the short and medium term.
  • Advocate for and implement the value engagement framework to facilitate transformation projects and promote our solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and representative for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Drive initiatives to shape client transformation strategies effectively.
  • Coordinate technical activities to align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Champion the client's interests within the organization.
  • Contribute to the growth of the sales team and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead technical operations reviews and evaluations.
  • Compile and analyze client technical data to support commercial success.
  • Ensure product positioning is in harmony with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure project success and foster ecosystem development.
  • Guide and motivate the TechSales team to maintain operational excellence.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of sales tools.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of E-commerce markets.
  • Awareness of customer experience challenges.
  • A minimum of 8 years in pre-sales roles within software, with a robust understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in the consumer retail sector is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to lead and coordinate project teams.
  • Proven leadership and client relationship management experience.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Prior experience in management or team coordination is a plus.
