Logistics Manager for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Products

About the Role

Kenvue is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless and efficient distribution of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3PL providers to ensure compliance with agreements, laws, and regulations.
  • Plan and execute all distribution activities to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, regulatory, SOX, and HSE requirements, and support associated audits.
  • Resolve incidents efficiently to satisfy customers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop activity plans and budgets, review and approve expenses, and direct and support project/program management.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of activities and performances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all training requirements are met within specified deadlines.
  • Manage stock discrepancies between SAP and 3PL vision, and correct errors, analyze all movements.
  • Monitor and analyze 3PL performance through KPIs: OS&D, Dock to Stock, OTIF D, Perfect Receipt, on-time return. Implement corrective actions with 3PL and stakeholders in case of deviations from targets.

Leadership

  • Develop and lead a team to achieve operational excellence while building a flexible organization to provide high-quality service to our customers.
  • Work within a complex and multifunctional organization, demonstrating knowledge beyond primary expertise and effectively communicating at all levels.
  • Direct and negotiate transport and warehouse renewals in collaboration with the purchasing team.
  • Identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Find and lead a project to achieve the annual target for savings.

Strategic

  • Collaborate with other functions, sectors, and stakeholders on future strategies to optimize distribution operations and develop logistics solutions to support future business growth.
  • Actively identify opportunities and create a culture of continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
  • Engage openly with end-to-end partners to ensure alignment on projects and operational changes to minimize risks. Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, distribution, industrial engineering, or finance, preferably in a multinational or pharmaceutical sector company.
  • Confirmed experience in project management, FPX certification is an asset.
  • Experience with LEAN and/or 6 sigma, certification is a plus.
  • Fluent English.
