At Exyte, we're driven by a shared ambition to shape the future of high-tech markets. As a Contract Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, collaborating with a global community of challenge seekers who are passionate about innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, tracking performance and identifying potential risks.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, resolving disputes and issues that arise.
  3. Ensure contractual documentation meets regulatory standards, maintaining comprehensive records and ensuring accessibility.
  4. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align contract requirements with project goals, providing timely and accurate communication of contractual changes.
  5. Coordinate with legal, finance, and commercial departments to facilitate smooth contract execution and ensure financial constraints are met.
  6. Manage contract variations and amendments, preparing regular reports on contract status, performance, and compliance.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  8. Support change order preparation, ensuring changes are supported by contract terms and providing guidance on legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • University degree or completed apprenticeship in business administration or project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar function.
  • Knowledge of contract law (Fidic, VOB) is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP S4/HANA.
  • Motivation and independent working style to push topics independently and persistently, achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent team spirit and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
