Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at Ignition Technology, you will play a key role in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategy. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent while ensuring our compensation and benefits programs align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on compensation and benefits, analyzing data against policies and ensuring data quality
- Participate in the Annual Compensation Review and coordinate compensation and benefits surveys with external consulting companies
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that support our business objectives
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a strong background in international compensation and controlling environments
- Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint expertise, and experience with HRIS tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Ability to prepare training materials and process documentation
