Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller Holding to join our team. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our holding entities. Your primary focus will be on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Act as local financial owner of financial packages (P&L & FCF) for the 2 holding companies.
- Contribute to the production of monthly reporting and analysis, providing clarity on the cost base evolution and supporting the cash forecast process.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process for the holding entities.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors.
- Collaborate with support functions leaders and operational teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Monitor intercompany flows between the holding companies and operational entities across the world.
- Improve processes to enhance analysis and drive action, automating tasks when possible.
- Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a FP&A/Controlling position.
- Result-oriented, creative problem solver, and enthusiastic team player.
- Familiarity with financial systems and data manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent MS Office skills, and good understanding of financial statements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
