Subsea Project Control Lead

Nes Fircroft is seeking an accomplished Subsea Project Control Lead for a significant oil and gas project. The ideal candidate will oversee contracts, planning, reporting, budgeting, cost control, documentation management, risk assessment, HR, administration, services, and logistics for the project.
Responsibilities:- Accountable for upholding exemplary behavior in regard to HSE rules and requirements, implementing safety protocols within the scope of services.
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy.
- Familiarity with international standards, company guidelines, project procedures, and their application to project controls.
- Coordinate and support the Project Control team for the Subsea package.
- Implement, monitor, and respect procedures associated with Project Controls activities, including confidentiality, ethics, and compliance.
- Responsible for Subsea package Risk management, ensuring the Risk register is updated by coordinating with discipline & area leaders.
- Lead the contracting process for all contracts, commercially manage awarded Contracts, and liaise with relevant specialists for technical management.
- Prepare and update the Subsea package budget, control costs, and suggest cost reduction measures.
- Coordinate Subsea package schedules, monitor progress, and provide data for the Project integrated schedule.
- Collaborate with the Subsea Package Manager on specific transverse activities and dedicated missions.
- Prepare and disseminate Subsea package reporting, monitoring content and quality of information issued internally and externally.
- Develop and implement a structure for Subsea package file capitalization, set up the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Coordinate Subsea package HR activities and monitor mobilization plans.
- Manage Subsea package logistics, including offices and other facilities.
- Contribute to preparation of the Subsea package Implementation Plan and local development plan.
- Closely monitor and report any areas of concern regarding Project Control matters.
The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas contracts writing, negotiating, and managing. Proficiency in English and French languages is required, as well as advanced Excel skills.
