Key Responsibilities- Develop new learning programs within the Culture learning domain, focusing on building offers that enhance employee experience and skills.
- Partner with business leaders to identify gaps in existing skills, knowledge, and behaviors against future requirements.
- Design and implement global learning plans, programs, and interventions, ensuring alignment with our Values, Purpose, and ESG ambitions.
- Lead the change management associated with global learning programs, including sponsor and stakeholder management and operational implementation.
- Negotiate and manage third-party contracts for the delivery of global learning services, establishing standards and metrics to monitor delivery.
- Ensure that development and deployment processes are in line with our Values, Purpose, and ESG ambitions and provide fair access of opportunity for all.
- Gather insights and intelligence about trends and developments in learning from the external marketplace.
- Foster development of a technologically innovative learning culture across the organization, to facilitate learning and improve capability.
- Provide a diverse learning approach to meet group and individual requirements across the organization.
- Continually seek improvement in our learning offering to maximize impact and meet evolving requirements.
- Master's degree (preferably HR related).
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Learning and Development function or Talent Management.
- Experience in skills analyses and building framework pathways.
- Strong planner, project manager, and change manager.
- Demonstrable consulting, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and develop the organization's learning culture.
- Ability to identify learning needs, design, and implement effective programs.
- Ability to evaluate and research learning and development solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- International mindset / fluent in English.
