Commercial Development Manager

Villa Beausoleil, a leading hospitality establishment, seeks a Commercial Development Manager to drive business growth and development.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing sales and marketing plans to promote Villa Beausoleil's services
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
- Developing and managing budgets to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in French
Salary: up to € bruts per year, including variable remuneration
