Job Title: Senior International Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Legal Counsel to join our team at Darco International Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing legal support to our business segments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts with customers and partners, including direct sales, RFPs, non-disclosure agreements, licenses, and evaluation agreements.
  • Providing advice on contract execution, analyzing contract requirements and provisions, and identifying potential legal issues that may impact the business.
  • Securing approval on legal issues and critical financial, technical, and business terms in contracts.
  • Handling contacts with external lawyers and coordinating litigations with external law firms, as required.
  • Ensuring conformity and consistency in the application of our governance and policies.
