About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Strategist to join our Amazon Business team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our EU leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our sales strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable deal management processes to drive business growth and improve sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Advisors, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Design and deliver compelling responses to RFPs and other sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with AB's EU leadership approval
  • Monitor and report on progress, providing regular updates to AB's EU senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions, as well as sales CRM tools like Salesforce
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a focus on hunting new business
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, as well as sales CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
