Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Experience: Craft cherished memories for each guest, exceeding their expectations and providing unparalleled service.
  2. Maintain Seamless Check-in/Check-out Processes: Execute meticulous attention to guest preferences and requests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  3. Collaborate with Departments: Foster seamless communication and coordination with other teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient guest experience.
  4. Manage Phone and Email Communications: Respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, providing timely and accurate information.
  5. Process Payments and Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and secure processing of payments, maintaining precise records of financial transactions.
  6. Ensure Lobby Area Maintenance: Uphold the highest standards of tidiness and presentation in the lobby area at all times.
  7. Protect Guest Confidentiality and Security: Adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and security in handling guest information.
  8. Embody Professional Conduct: Create an atmosphere that reflects the allure of our distinguished brand, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
Qualifications
  1. Previous Hospitality Experience: Preference given to candidates with prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  2. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.
  3. Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organisation in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Opera: High level of proficiency in Opera is highly desirable.
  5. Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  6. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  7. Availability and Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and availability to work across various shifts.
  8. Right to Work in the UK: Valid right to work in the UK is required.
