Main Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for the company Adm In ME, including new hires, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly payroll files, in compliance with Client contracts of employment, policies, taxation, and social security regulations.

Validation of Payments and Deductions:

Validate all payments and deductions to ensure they are duly authorized, correct, and compliant with regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant university-type qualification
  • Fluent French and good level of English
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in French payroll and personnel administration
