We are looking for a Business Integrity and Compliance Officer to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our Global Legal Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business practices align with the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enhance our Global Compliance program
  • Develop and update Compliance and E&C policies and procedures
  • Supervise the management of E&C tools and processes
  • Monitor new regulations and international sanctions

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of experience in international groups with focus on Ethics & Compliance counseling
  • Master's degree in law with specialization in Business Integrity, Ethics and compliance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
