Omi is revolutionizing the content industry by empowering businesses with cutting-edge 3D content production tools. As we prepare to expand internationally, we're seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead our growth strategy and marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the growth organization, managing the marketing team and partnering closely with Sales on the go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with the CEO & Sales team to drive international expansion.
- Develop and implement data-led growth playbooks and processes aligned with our growth objectives.
- Build an end-to-end marketing funnel that's ready to scale and deliver business goals, focused on SMB and mid-market customer segments.
- Identify and pursue new channels and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the business's growth strategy across sales, product development, customer success, and other key areas.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team both locally and internationally.
- Lead the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, materials, and initiatives to generate qualified leads across different channels.
- Drive channel diversification and take a data-driven approach to analyzing the effectiveness of different channels.
- Monitor growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.
- Extensive experience driving growth in B2B SaaS environments.
- Demonstrated experience building and optimizing growth processes, playbooks, and strategies across multiple geographic markets.
- Experience driving revenue growth and business expansion in close collaboration with sales organizations.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading successful growth marketing and demand generation strategies and teams.
- A proven track record of success delivering revenue growth and customer satisfaction through product-led and marketing-driven strategies.
- Highly data-driven in approach, with experience working with and leveraging data to drive growth.
- Experience in driving international expansion and managing distributed teams across geographies.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools and CRM systems, with the ability to extract insights and trends from complex data sets to optimize growth performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for leading, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams towards common growth goals.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex growth strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of consumer goods brands and businesses personas is a bonus.
