Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Strategist at MOBOTIX AG, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting the Global Sales Strategy at a regional level. Your primary objective will be to drive continuous growth through effective business planning and revenue target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Jointly implement and support the Global Sales Strategy at a regional level.
  • Closely collaborate with Business Development Managers and Technical Project Engineers in the region.
  • Develop and execute channel management strategies to target and develop new customers, as well as support and grow existing ones.
  • Discuss and define relevant business development activities with MOBOTIX partners.
  • Process orders, including communication on stock levels and lead times.
  • Provide pre-sales support for MOBOTIX products in the region.
  • Manage leads, including follow-up from events, exhibitions, and training courses.
  • Participate in exhibitions or other sales-related events.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field.
    • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
    • Experience in technical sales and channel management.
    • General IT knowledge, an interest in IP technology, and a quick learner.
    • High level of business and customer orientation.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Self-driven and perseverant with an acute awareness of deadlines, costs, and figures.
    • Very good English speaking and writing skills.
    • Very good French speaking and writing skills.
