L'Oréal is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Development team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new products and renovations of existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of new products and renovations of existing products
  • Participate in the development of new designs (color, graphic chain...)
  • Coordinate with Marketing teams, laboratories, Packaging teams, Purchasing teams, factories and many other actors in the product lifecycle
  • Think differently and innovate to bring a strong added value to product design
  • Ensure that the definition, cost, timing and environmental impact of the product launch are respected
  • Carry out cross-functional projects (value analysis, optimization of operational processes and the graphic chain, etc.)

Requirements:

  • A Master student
  • Fluent French or English Speaker
  • Convincing. You explain your ideas clearly, based on sound reasoning.
  • Entrepreneurial. You like to try new things and discover new ways of doing
  • Team player. You have excellent interpersonal skills and easily find your place in a team.
  • Open-minded. You exchange your ideas and integrate the opinions of others in order to find the optimal solution.
  • Creative. You like to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
  • Data champion. Working with data holds no secrets for you
