Assistant Office Manager

IPAC Bachelor Factory is seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Office Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Office Manager, you will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room reservations and presentation preparation.
- Assist with event planning and business travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as phone management, filing, and document organization.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain office equipment and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
43% to % of the SMIC according to the apprenticeship contract's salary scale.
