Digital Architect Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Architect Lead to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our Digital & Integrated Systems activity, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions for our Urban Signaling Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Define the technical solution for Urban Signaling System tenders and lead the application of the solution during project deployment.
- Manage a team of Solution Application Architects and lead tendering activities and technical proposals.
- Contribute to the definition of the Urbalis Technical Roadmap and lead roadmap topics coming from tenders and future roadmap developments.
- Assess overall solution adequacy and follow up critical Urbalis tenders and preliminary Design Reviews.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Rail Transportation Systems.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in complex system architecture, system design, project engineering, validation, or operational safety.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for collaborative work, as well as technical management.
- Fluency in English is essential.
