Your Role: LMS Administrator and Global Learning Coordinator
This role combines technical expertise with a passion for learning and development. You will be responsible for the administration, management, and continuous improvement of our global learning platform.
LMS Administration & Management- Monitor the technical and functional settings of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate closely with the editor to manage tickets, implement releases, and submit improvement requests.
- Ensure seamless data integration within the system by coordinating with regional administrators.
- Provide daily troubleshooting support for any technical issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (tutorials, processes, etc.).
- Configure the LMS for new training program implementations and support department coordinators.
- Train, support, and engage a community of regional administrators.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the platform and related processes.
- Prepare and coordinate global training committee meetings (planning, preparation, minutes).
- Facilitate a community of regional administrators and support HR Business Partners in piloting and rolling out global training programs/projects (e.g., onboarding).
- Organize training sessions for writers and trainers.
- Ensure budget monitoring and administrative tasks related to learning programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) at a global level in collaboration with department coordinators and regional HR.
- Develop communication materials (newsletters, posters) in partnership with the communication department.
About You
You are a highly skilled HR professional with expertise in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Learning Management Systems (LMS). You possess strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to procedures. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with multicultural teams across various locations.
You have a good level of English (B2 minimum).
