We are recruiting a Regional Demand Planner Assistant EMEA for a 6 months internship in our EMEA offices in Paris area. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty and interested in developing their experience in supply/demand planning.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Produce an accurate sales forecast for one brand from our portfolio.
  • Produce and maintain the forecast of New Product Launches in collaboration with regional and affiliate marketing teams.
  • Conduct monthly KPI analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our statistical provider to clean historical events and improve accuracy.
  • Manage master data to reflect life cycles of the products.
  • Maintain the usage plan of promotional items in collaboration with affiliate marketing teams.
  • Support the Regional Demand Planning Lead on S&OP meetings preparation.
  • Process improvement: Deploy a NPL forecasting tool and process on the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Access or SAP would be a plus.
  • Must be fully proficient in English, able to follow English-language meetings and phone calls.
