Administrative Support and Coordination:
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to academic staff, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence. Additionally, they will maintain accurate records and databases, prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of academic programs, including preparation for audits, programme committees, assessment activities, and survey compilation.
- Maintain program documentation, including course materials, syllabi, and assessment records.
- Assist with the coordination of academic events, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Support with financial administration tasks, including processing faculty timetable and teaching time data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Administration, Humanities) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a higher education setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
