Key Account Manager

Join our team at April Group as a Key Account Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical, interpersonal, and industry knowledge skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and understand client needs: Conduct in-depth analysis of client-specific needs, ensuring a deep understanding of their short-term and long-term expectations.
  • Develop tailored strategies: Create customized action plans for each key account, incorporating growth, upsell, and retention objectives.
  • Proactive account management: Monitor account evolution, analyze results, and adjust strategic and tactical plans based on client feedback and market trends.

Client Support:

  • Primary point of contact: Serve as the single, reliable point of reference for key accounts, ensuring clear and smooth communication with clients.
  • Effective complaint management: Address client requests promptly, ensuring rapid and efficient responses to guarantee maximum satisfaction.
  • Inter-team coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical support, finance, etc.) to ensure daily account management of high quality.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Real-time KPI tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time to ensure adherence to set objectives.
  • Detailed and analytical reports: Prepare regular, comprehensive reports for each account, highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and escalating any alerts to the next level.

This opportunity is part of a new position creation. You will be directly attached to Antoine, Head of Business Development, and join our Parisian team. Upon arrival, you will benefit from an integration program to facilitate your onboarding process.
