Job Role Overview
As a Compliance Officer Global Control Room, you will be part of the Global Control Room team in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) at Natixis. Your primary responsibility will be to advise business lines and support local and business officers in the circulation of confidential or privileged information, identification, prevention, and management of transactional conflicts of interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor sensitive operations declared by business lines.
- Provide compliance notices.
- Ensure regulatory and internal systems are properly maintained.
- Review and contribute to the development of legal documentation related to sensitive transactions.
- Develop, conduct, and participate in compliance training.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a higher education in law or finance, with a first successful experience in compliance officer, lawyer, or auditor functions. You should be familiar with European and French regulations, as well as corporate and investment banking operations. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, methodical approach, and a strong team player with a sense of confidentiality are essential. You should also master English with a level C1/C2, both written and oral.
