About Us

Nutropy is a French company that develops innovative solutions for the dairy industry using precision fermentation technology. We produce milk proteins and fatty acids that enable the production of sustainable, healthier, and more animal-friendly cheese alternatives.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in engineering, chemistry, or related fields. Previous experience in a lab setting is essential, and candidates should have expertise in strain engineering, bioreactor fermentation, and downstream purification. Additionally, experience with protein science and food science is highly valued.

Business and Strategy Positions

We are seeking individuals with a strong background in finance, business, or related fields. Previous experience in start-ups, food, or biotech companies is highly valued, and candidates should have expertise in project management, multitasking, and adaptability. Fluency in both French and English is required.
