About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Technician to join our team at Bayer's La Dargoire Research Center in Lyon, France. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of new assays and experiments, leveraging molecular genetics in fungi and image-based phenotyping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of new molecules.
- Develop and operate automated systems, including robotization and AI technologies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the identification of next-generation products for sustainable disease control in crops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or Microbiology.
- Strong understanding of microbiology and molecular genetics.
- Excellent data management and statistics skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively.
- Fluency in English is appreciated.
