Sweep is seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge sustainability data management platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of talented engineers in designing, building, and delivering a world-class product that empowers businesses to reduce their carbon footprint and create a more sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new features for our core product, prioritizing security, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Carbon/ESG Experts, to drive innovation and deliver high-quality results.
- Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Set and manage expectations with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in managing software engineers.
- 5+ years of technical industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver significant impact on product and business.
- Proven track record of leading distributed teams and managing competing priorities.
