**Project Buyer Role at Coty**
Coty is seeking an experienced Project Buyer to join our team in Paris. As a Project Buyer, you will be responsible for all end-to-end Procurement activities related to Innovation and Productivity projects within our brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Innovation: Be the procurement voice for the brand, working closely with the multifunctional team, from marketing brief to launches on the market, ensuring cost, timing & leadtimes objectives are met.
- Productivity: Identify & Lead productivity/renovation/value preservation projects opportunities in coordination with R&D & Operation teams, to deliver bottom line savings or/and improve the supply chain value.
- Support to Operations: Support Business Continuity Plan for all high-risk materials (in-house manufacturing or TPM) and manage claims/issues in collaboration with the Operation team.
- Leadership: Proactively engage stakeholders, and influence the decision-making process, to provide high quality procurement support & take the best decisions for the business.
- Business Partnering: Secure the process of sharing information and support between local organizations and business units.
Requirements:
- Master degree or bachelor degree in Purchasing/Sourcing/Supply Chain, with a minimum of 5 years of experience – you have a purchasing experience in the beauty industry ideally, or in a relatable industry as a project buyer.
- Agility/ flexibility – being able to navigate through a complex environment without strict & defined rules and be able to be creative/proactive to find innovative solutions & work out of the scope.
- Team spirit oriented / Very good communication skills (oral & written).
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
- English is a must / French is highly advised.
