Job Description

We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs. Our company has leveraged its expertise and capabilities to commercialize three vaccines, including the world's first and only chikungunya vaccine, and to rapidly advance a broad range of vaccine candidates into and through the clinic, including candidates against Lyme disease, Shigella, and Zika.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Data Sets: Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data sets to support business intelligence and decision-making processes.
  • Support Analytics Processes: Develop and implement analytics processes that enhance business operations and strategic planning.
  • Create and maintain Digital Landscape and Roadmap: Design and maintain an effective digital landscape and roadmap to support business growth and innovation.
  • CRM Development and Support: Lead and support all activities related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business.
  • Customer Experience: Work with the Commercial team to drive initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Sales Analytics: Utilize sales analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data management (Azure cloud, MS Fabric), analytics (PowerBI), and digital strategy development.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Veeva) and sales channel optimization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70,000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market-oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
