Pigment is a leading SaaS company revolutionizing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for top brands. As a Revenue Systems Lead, you\u2019ll drive strategic initiatives to optimize our sales tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Revenue Systems, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
- Lead a team of GTM systems administrators and developers, providing guidance and support for effective platform utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce with other systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing data accuracy.
- Manage the tech stack lifecycle, including implementation, continuous improvement, and contract renewals.
- Lead initiatives around standardization and consolidation of tools.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Systems Dev/IT or RevOps role.
- Proven track record of managing the tech stack of a $100m+ ARR company.
- Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of product management best practices.
- Fluent English speaker, French a plus.
