Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Revenue Systems, aligning with business objectives and driving growth.
  • Lead a team of GTM systems administrators and developers, providing guidance and support for effective platform utilization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce with other systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing data accuracy.
  • Manage the tech stack lifecycle, including implementation, continuous improvement, and contract renewals.
  • Lead initiatives around standardization and consolidation of tools.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Systems Dev/IT or RevOps role.
  • Proven track record of managing the tech stack of a $100m+ ARR company.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and ERP solutions.
  • Knowledge of product management best practices.
  • Fluent English speaker, French a plus.
