A Word from Our Team

As a Procurement Strategist at DataDome, you will play a critical role in sourcing top suppliers and negotiating cost-effective contracts.

With strong analytical capabilities, you will identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation within our procurement function.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure the optimal use of our tools and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Benchmarking and developing procurement policies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost-effective terms and conditions.
  • Driving innovation and scalability by implementing new technologies, processes, or strategies.
  • Overseeing all procurement and contracting activities, including supplier pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and contract preparation.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly investment committee reports.
  • Collaborating with departments to optimize tools and suppliers.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a procurement manager, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing, including managing large SaaS and/or technology relationships and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with procurement software is mandatory.
  • Experience with Netsuite and Linksquare (CLM software) is preferable.
