Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations
  • Compelling communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset
  • Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment
