Job Overview for Maintenance Methodology Technician
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Methodology Technician to become a vital part of our Finishing Maintenance Division. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the performance of our industrial systems and installations.
- Enhance and optimize production machinery within finishing workshops.
- Oversee operations during planned maintenance periods, including weekly, summer, and winter shutdowns.
- Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime.
- Evaluate real-time operational incidents, suggest technical remedies, and assist in the development of maintenance and reliability enhancement plans.
- Develop technical documentation and standards, while also contributing to the professional growth of the team.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance.
- Prepare technical documentation for annual maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to advance maintenance tools and methodologies.
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Supervise automation projects and work closely with the technical department.
- Apply continuous improvement practices and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or Automation, along with 5 to 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Familiarity with SIEMENS and SCHNEIDER automation technologies is advantageous.
- Self-driven, committed, and proactive in approach.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated leadership skills.
