Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer - Sales and Service to lead our technical teams in designing, delivering, and operating Customers & Sales technologies across 25 countries.

About the Role:

  • Define comprehensive strategies for the technical aspects of Customers & Sales capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales departments to automate service and sales processes, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage latest technology developments to maximize benefits from purchased software, reducing total cost of ownership while improving user capabilities.
  • Develop and improve key performance indicators for technology products, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Act as a general leader and trusted advisor to the Group IS Director and IT Leadership Team, driving the overall IT strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing managers and top technology talent, demonstrating leadership and team development skills.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering and operating technology, preferably in a sales, service, or ecommerce technology role, showcasing technical expertise and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, enabling effective decision making.
  • Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, driving innovation and results.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of CHF 140,000 - 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
