We are looking for a committed and dynamic Business Developer who will drive business growth and expansion in one of our core customer segments: doctors, dental, and pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and conceptual skillset, including Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development of one of CGM's core customer segments
- Segment-specific market and competitive research
- Analysis of key market trends and their influence on the segment business
- Development of business cases for market entries/expansions
- Identification of acquisition targets and due diligences for potential targets
- Analysis of partnerships on C-Level
- Coordination of strategic initiatives
- Closed collaboration with the portfolio mgmt. organization and segment leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in consulting or business development in an industry company
- Ideal experience in the healthcare industry and/or software industry
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills incl. Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven working style and hands-on mentality
- Assertiveness to discuss and coordinate topics with senior leadership teams
- Strong teaming skills and ability to work with senior leaders
- Solid German or French, and English language skills
