Early Childhood Educator

Position Overview

The Ville de Drancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our esteemed Crèche service. Reporting directly to the Crèche Director, you will play a vital role in providing nurturing care and stimulating activities for children aged 0 to 3 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to a group of five or six young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, including games, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary guidelines and individual needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
• Collaborate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a recognized State Diploma of Auxiliaire de Puériculture.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Be patient, nurturing, and attentive to the individual needs of each child.
