Job Description
At ITL France, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for logistics and quality activities, including SAP Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Logistics Execution (LE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the SAP expert for logistics and quality activities, including SAP MM, QM, and LE.
- Understand and support requests for new functionalities or application changes as needed by the business team.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) or functional specifications for changes.
- Be the main interface between the IM organization and business partners.
- Act as an advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure their function's services and products meet business priorities and needs.
- Maintain a backlog of work with clear priorities agreed with the respective business stakeholders.
- Contribute to drive continuous improvement of logistics products and services, in all aspects, including user experience, efficiency, technical performance, and cyber security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2-5 years of work experience in SAP MM, QM, LE, and SCM.
- Experience applying technology to solve business challenges.
- Configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Development experience is a plus.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams.
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Able to work closely and effectively with business stakeholders and IM management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Supply Chain Management Certification is a plus.
- Fluent English speaker (B2-C1 level required).
- Strong Engineering and technical background (2 years of working knowledge and experience in SAP migration and integration).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen, and team spirit.
- Results-oriented.
- Rigorous, organized, agile, and adaptable.
- International and team player mindset.
