Do you have a passion for changing lives through technology?

As a Technical Account Associate, you'll be part of our Customer Success Services team, working with customers to maximize the business value of their Oracle investments. You'll be responsible for the overall governance and technical service delivery, helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes while minimizing risk.

What we're looking for:

  • You'll work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and map them to our solutions and services.
  • You'll learn how to design solutions using Oracle's leading technology and consulting methods, tools, and best practices.
  • You'll contribute as a team member on customer projects, working with Oracle experts and leaders.
  • You'll support customer relationships with CSS, focusing on collaborative, long-term partnerships.
