About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Strategist to join our Amazon Business team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our EU Leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our procurement and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable deal management processes to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Advisors, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Design and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure AB EU Leadership approval
  • Monitor and report on progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain expertise in procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a focus on hunting new business
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
