Job Title: Head of Learning and Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Learning and Development to join our team at Leasing World. As a key member of our Global Talent leadership team, you will be responsible for building a world-class learning and development function that enhances our core curriculum of sales, management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deliver learning programs that foster transfer of learning from classroom to workflow.
  2. Lead the L&D design, development, delivery, and evaluation efforts.
  3. Collaborate with the Global HR team to develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
  • Relevant IN-COUNTRY experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
