We are recruiting a talented Senior SaaS Solution Engineer to drive growth among our mid-market clients in France and abroad. As a trusted advisor, you will be at the core of our sales efforts, understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions using Whoz.

Your Role

As a Senior Solution Engineer, your mission is to collaborate with sales teams, prospects, and stakeholders to deliver functional and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will lead engaging workshops and demonstrations to educate business and technical audiences, managing responses for tenders and qualified projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to drive growth among mid-market clients.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their organizational challenges and offer guidance to identify impactful use cases with Whoz.
  • Deliver functional and technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead engaging workshops and demonstrations to educate business and technical audiences.
  • Manage functional responses for tenders and qualified projects.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software pre-sales, ideally in a SaaS company or consulting firm.
  • Experience in value-based selling and analyzing customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with C-level contacts.
  • Full proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.
