Cybersecurity Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our team in France or Belgium. This is a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of our Europe Cybersecurity Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Cyber Security tools and processes as per the Europe Cyber Security Program.
  • Collaborate with the Local Security Officer and CyberSecurity Manager to ensure alignment with the Europe Cyber Security roadmap and objectives.
  • Supervise and control the execution of Cyber Security action plans in the Business Division.
  • Liaise with Europe Cyber Security teams to support project deployment and operational matters.
  • Ensure the availability and quality of Cyber Security reporting.
  • Respond to audit requests and implement remediation in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Quarterly Cyber Security reviews with Executive Management.
  • Support Cyber Defense and Incident Response/Crisis Management teams in handling local cyber security incidents/crisis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering: Computer Science or other technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Cyber Security domain (project management, operations).
  • Good knowledge of IS/IT or project management.
  • Proven experience in managing or participating in projects across multiple sites and stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of OT security practices, Cybersecurity Incident Response Management, and security aspects of Active Directory, Azure, and Cloud.
