Commodity Sales Expert in Aluminium Metallurgy

Redstone Commodity Search, a leading provider of 360° search solutions to the global commodities markets, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join their commercial team in Zurich.
Role OverviewThis key position will serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for Aluminium Refiners and Remelters. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, customer- and service-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth through door opening, deal closing, and active participation in customer visits and exhibitions.
- Provide technical advice on products and actively sell them to customers.
- Coordinate and organise technical applications, process customer orders, and prepare quotations.
- Report to the Managing Director of Sales & Operations.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the secondary aluminium industry in roles such as quality control management, production planning, and production management. Additionally, they should hold Dipl.-Ing (FH), BSc Eng, MSc Eng qualifications with a focus on secondary aluminium metallurgy.
Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in English and German, with fluency in other languages being advantageous. This role is located in Zurich, Switzerland, and relocation may be viable.
