Job Title: Enterprise Architecture Lead

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to join our team at AXA XL. As a key member of our technology organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction for the entire AXA DCP organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and document AXA DCP AWS Cloud infrastructure and management framework.
  2. Provide a standard common technical vocabulary that expresses non-functional requirements and aligns with DCP strategy and related business architecture.
  3. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including Blueprints of Cloud Architecture.
  4. Define the Cloud Architecture framework of DCP, standards, and principles, including security standards in connection with AXA DCP CSO.
  5. Lead the AWS Landing Zone processes and activities, serving the AXA DCP Roadmap and growth.
  6. Define reference architecture, which is a pattern others can follow to create and improve IT systems in the context of AXA DCP Landing Zone.
  7. Design the Cloud Platform environment for DCP based on its requirements, utilizing emerging and best technologies.
  8. Collaborate with other technology team members to complete projects, ensuring cloud solutions and operations are reliable.
Requirements:
  1. Effective verbal and written communication skills to share insights with stakeholders of all levels.
  2. Proven expertise in the AWS Cloud Architecture, with several key AWS Certifications.
  3. High-level collaboration skills to assist with several different areas of cloud architecture management.
  4. Project management skills to orchestrate Cloud Systems and new system integrations seamlessly.
  5. Strong technical expertise, proficient in popular programming languages like Python or Java.
  6. Ability to integrate and automate an organization's IT system processes.
  7. Good knowledge of standards related to regulatory compliance risk management (ISO).
  8. Master from engineering school or university equivalence.
  9. 7+ years or more experience in building/designing user-facing software products and services.
  10. 7+ years in a technical senior management role, developing and nurturing teams of motivated technologists.
