BDO Luxembourg seeks a Senior Software Development Manager to lead and maintain a high-performing team of developers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and timelines are respected
  • Forecasting and managing project budgets to optimize ROI
  • Identifying and mitigating potential project risks to ensure delivery success
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in software development management, with a strong understanding of agile development methodologies.

In addition, we require excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €80,000 to €120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
