Customer Success Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive customer success and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide expert guidance on Anaplan's platform capabilities and best practices
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a focus on account management and customer success
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience with Anaplan's platform or similar business intelligence tools is a plus
