  • Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide expert guidance on Anaplan's platform capabilities and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a focus on account management and customer success
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Experience with Anaplan's platform or similar business intelligence tools is a plus
