Project Director

Centric Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Director to join our Project Management team in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving full PLM implementations from requirement analysis to Go-Live, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans, articulating tasks and resources to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Monitor project progress, tracking key indicators and sharing insights with the team and clients.
- Lead and manage the Centric project team and potential partners, ensuring effective task execution and collaboration.
- Oversee the collection of client requirements, creating a delivery plan using Centric business and technical consultant resources.
- Manage Centric consultation time and expenses, ensuring project profitability.
- Prepare and present project steering committee reports, aligning with client project directors.
- Draft and maintain service offers (SOW) essential to projects.
- Work with key client-side users to capture requirements and support project execution.
- Apply good configuration practices and participate in application design.
- Manipulate software/configurations to facilitate agile workshops, if necessary.
- Consolidate requirements for product extensions and collaborate with R&D to define target functions.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent collaboration skills.
- Experience in IT Project Management.
- Commercial mindset, understanding the priorities of Centric Software and our clients.
- Comfortable presenting to various client roles, from administrative to c-suite.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, and creative thinking.
