Lead Enterprise Software Sales Teams at Guidewire Software

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various industries, including insurance, banking, and telecommunications. Your expertise in enterprise software sales will enable you to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, ultimately driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to deliver business value to customers while ensuring a healthy margin for Guidewire.
  • Lead post-sale client relationships to maximize product extension sales to existing customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Guidewire's technology platform, products, and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Present regular sales and marketing reports to management, highlighting success rates and areas for improvement.
  • Represent Guidewire at industry events, conferences, and meetings to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on new business acquisition and account management.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
